- Account information: Email address and encrypted password when you sign up
- Billing information: Payment details processed and stored securely by Stripe — we never store your card details directly
- Usage data: How you use the platform including scan frequency, lead views, and feature usage
- Research criteria: Your product sourcing preferences and filters
- Lead history: Products surfaced by the research agent for your account
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the ARBTRADE research service
- Process your subscription payments through Stripe
- Send you email alerts when high-ROI leads are found
- Enforce usage limits based on your subscription tier
- Respond to support requests
- Improve our AI research agent and sourcing algorithms
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database provider. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We use Row Level Security to ensure each user can only access their own data. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored in encrypted environment variables and never exposed in code.
4. Third Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ARBTRADE:
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- Anthropic: AI research agent powering lead generation
- Railway: Cloud hosting and infrastructure
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Lead history is retained according to your plan (7 days for Starter, 30 days for Pro, 90 days for Agency). If you cancel your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your lead history data at any time
- Opt out of marketing emails while keeping your account
7. Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary to keep you logged in to the platform. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.
8. Children's Privacy
ARBTRADE is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
