    ARBTRADE provides AI-powered product research data for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee profits, specific ROI, or successful product sourcing outcomes. All purchasing and business decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ARBTRADE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including subscribers and visitors.

2. Description of Service

ARBTRADE is a subscription-based software platform that uses artificial intelligence to research and surface potential product sourcing opportunities for Amazon sellers. The Service provides:

Automated product research and lead generation
Wholesale supplier identification and data
Online arbitrage opportunity scanning
ROI estimates and product analysis dashboards
Research data and market intelligence

3. No Financial or Business Advice

ARBTRADE provides research data and information only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or business advice. All ROI estimates, BSR data, and product recommendations are based on AI analysis and publicly available data — they are not guarantees of future performance. You are solely responsible for evaluating any opportunity and making your own business decisions.

4. Subscription and Billing

ARBTRADE offers monthly subscription plans billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. A 7-day free trial is offered on all plans — you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Starter Plan: $47/month
Pro Plan: $97/month
Agency Plan: $197/month

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans so you can evaluate the Service before being charged. After the trial period, all charges are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Service, contact us within 7 days for a review.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service to scrape, copy, or redistribute our data
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Circumvent any usage limits or access controls

7. Data Accuracy

Product data, BSR rankings, ROI estimates, and supplier information are generated by AI and sourced from publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data provided. Market conditions change rapidly and data may be outdated by the time you act on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARBTRADE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business losses resulting from acting on data provided by the platform.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
